   Send us your available days/times to arrange a 5 minute interview.

3. Interview & Parent Consultation
   Parent consultation via phone.

4. Course Confirmation & Access
   Website link provided with Zoom details, syllabus, PDF downloads, video links, and homework info.

For courses that have already started, you may join by paying a prorated fee for the remaining classes, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

• Before interview / for existing students: Full refund if canceled 5 days before start.

• Partial refund available if canceled within 5 days before class (minus 1 class fee).

• After interview/consultation: Refund minus $10 fee if canceled 5 days before.

• After first class: No refunds (class recordings provided).

Attendance & Make-up Policy

• If absent, students may join another class at the same level (if space available).

• If no alternative class is available, a class recording will be provided.
